DEW FILM - Video Production Terms and Conditions

Please carefully review the following terms and conditions before utilizing the services provided by DEW FILM.

Payment Terms

Advance Payment: Clients are required to make an upfront payment of 50% of the total agreed amount before the commencement of any video production work.

Final Payment: The remaining 50% of the total amount is to be paid upon delivery of the final product.

Usage Rights

Promotional Use: DEW FILM reserves the right to utilize the produced footage for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Review and Revisions

Rough Cut Review: Upon completion, a rough cut will be provided for client review.

Re-correction Requests: Clients may request up to two rounds of re-corrections after the initial rough cut. Any additional revisions may be subject to extra charges.

Final Product: After three rounds of re-corrections, the product will be deemed final. Lack of response from the client within three days after receiving the final rough cut will also result in considering the product as final.

Quality Assurance

Final Rendering Quality: To receive the final product at the desired render quality, the client must fulfill the remaining 50% payment of the total agreed amount.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Modification: DEW FILM reserves the right to modify or replace these terms at its sole discretion. Clients are encouraged to periodically review the terms.

Acceptance: Continued use of DEW FILM's services constitutes acceptance of any modifications to these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, please cease using the services.

These terms and conditions are subject to change, and clients are advised to stay informed by regularly checking for updates.
